Our free website help desk is available to all small business and community websites, owned or run by Surrey residents, or those that have a particular relevance to the County. You are welcome to send in specific questions on your website, or wider questions on website development. All help desk enquiries are dealt with by experienced web developers and we deliberately do not keep a database of stock answers. Your website is often of personal importance, the answer to a question should be the same. If you need urgent assistance, using our normal contact details may be better, although we always try to answer questions the same day. When using the form below, please remember:
